• An entry form must be completed on the NextGen Biomed Leaders Awards website in order to be entered into the Awards. 

• Submissions must meet the entry criteria listed on the category pages, entries that do not meet these criteria will be not be considered and no refunds given. 

• Payment must be made immediately upon receipt of the invoice or online by card. If payment is not received prior to the judging, the NextGen Biomed Leaders Awards (NGB) team reserves the right to disqualify the entry. 

• Entries are free until 27th October 2025. After this date, entry fees are £200+VAT per entry. If entering 3 categories, your 3rd entry will be free. All entry fees are non-refundable. 

• Once you have entered, the NGB team may contact you for the following reasons: 

• For anything related to your entry, eg, missing information, company logo, payment, announcement of shortlist 
• To invite you to purchase a table for the NextGen Biomed Leaders Awards night 2026
• To purchase any duplicate trophies or certificates 
• To enter again in 2027
• Invitations to attend any events related to the NextGen brand. 
• If shortlisted, nominees may be contacted for an interview regarding their company and research. 

Rules of entry

• The NGB team reserves the right to move an entry into another category during the judging if they deem it to be a more suitable category for the entry. In this case the entrant will be notified after the judging.

• The NGB team will not give individual feedback from the panel regarding any entry entered.

• The 250-word entry summary may be used, as a whole or in part, for the Awards programme and promotion of this or future events. Please do not include any private or confidential information within this summary.

• Your company logo may be used to showcase your entry should you be shortlisted on the awards night, online and in print.

• Entries must be received by the entry deadline, entries received after this date may not be submitted to the judging panel.

• Award winners will be announced during the awards dinner taking place in London in March 2026. Under no circumstances will the details of winners be disclosed prior to the event.
